two things to pay for. a team plan, billed monthly per active member, which sets the caps on members, rooms, connectors, and agents. and prepaid credits, which cover model usage and server time. creating a room costs nothing; a room only bills once you attach a server.

how much does aldena cost?

the team plan is $0 on free, $99 per active member per month on starter, and $249 on business. enterprise is custom. model usage is separate and comes out of prepaid credits: you pay each model's list rate, plus a 10% platform fee when you buy credits.

is there a free plan?

yes. the free plan covers 2 members, 2 rooms, 3 connectors per room, and 5 agents per room, with the same feature set as the paid plans. model usage still comes out of prepaid credits.

what is usage-based pricing?

you top up one team balance and every agent request deducts what it actually cost, at the model provider's list rate. server time is metered the same way, by the hour. nothing is estimated or averaged, and nothing recurs beyond the plan.

will it run away with my money?

no. the team plan is a flat monthly fee per active member, and nothing else recurs. model usage comes out of one prepaid balance: a 10% platform fee applies when you top up, $10 minimum. when the balance hits zero, in-flight work pauses and new requests stop. top up and the paused work picks up where it left off.

can i change plans later?

yes. upgrades and new seats are prorated on the spot. downgrades and cancellations land at the end of the current cycle, so you keep what you paid for until then.
