# what aldena costs

starter and business begin with a card-required 14-day trial, then renew monthly per active member. the plan sets team caps; prepaid credits separately cover model usage and server time.

## usage credits

we charge a platform fee of 10% on every top up. usage itself deducts at each model's list rate.

## questions about billing

### how much does aldena cost?

$99 per active member per month on starter, and $249 on business after the 14-day trial. enterprise is custom. model usage is separate and comes out of prepaid credits: you pay each model's list rate, plus a 10% platform fee when you buy credits.

### is there a free trial?

starter and business both begin with a 14-day free trial. a payment method is required, nothing is due at checkout, and the selected plan renews automatically at its normal monthly per-seat price unless the owner cancels before the trial ends.

### what is usage-based pricing?

you top up one team balance and every agent request deducts what it actually cost, at the model provider's list rate. server time is metered the same way, by the hour. nothing is estimated or averaged, and nothing recurs beyond the plan.

### will it run away with my money?

no. the team plan is a flat monthly fee per active member, and nothing else recurs. model usage comes out of one prepaid balance: a 10% platform fee applies when you top up, $10 minimum. when the balance hits zero, in-flight work pauses and new requests stop. top up and the paused work picks up where it left off.

### can i change plans later?

yes. trial plan and seat changes apply immediately without restarting the trial. after renewal, upgrades and new seats are prorated on the spot; downgrades and cancellations land at the end of the current cycle.
