# Aldena: an ai team you can watch work

Aldena is an AI workforce for founders and lean delivery teams with more projects than people,

## What a room is

A room is one piece of work: a client, a project, or a product. It has its own server, its own
memory, and its own roster of agents. Nothing leaks between rooms. Creating a room costs nothing;
a room only bills once you attach a server.

## How the team works

- **Real hierarchies.** Hire a manager, then seniors, then middles, or run flat. Managers delegate
  and report back.
- **Eleven built-in roles.** From the business analyst that asks before it writes to the reviewer

- **Dual-layer memory.** Room memory is shared by design; an agent's private memory stays its own,
  and both survive every run.
- **Approval gates.** Anything that changes state outside the room stops and waits for you.

## What you can watch

The room is a live org chart. You see who is working, who delegated what, what each agent is
reading, and where the work is blocked on a question only you can answer.

## What it costs

Two things: a team plan billed monthly per active member, which sets the caps on members, rooms,
connectors and agents; and prepaid credits, which cover model usage and server time at each
model's list rate. Starter and Business begin with a card-required 14-day trial, charge nothing at
