## What Enterprise includes

- **No caps**: No limits on members, projects, agents per project, and connectors per project. Business stops at 15 members and 100 projects; Enterprise doesn't.
- **SSO and an SLA**: Single sign-on and a service-level agreement for your organisation, arranged with sales.
- **Flat pricing, no markup**: One flat price agreed with sales and billed per team. Agents run on your team's own AI provider keys and your members' Claude plans, so each provider bills its usage to you directly and Aldena adds nothing on top.
- **Everything the other plans include**: An isolated sandbox per project on your team's own sandbox provider account (Boat today), per-tool permissions and approvals, routines that wake agents on a schedule or a connector event, and the concierge that sets up teams, projects and agents for you.

## Security

Each project runs in its own sandbox, provider keys and connector tokens are stored encrypted, and mutating actions wait for a person's approval by default. The security page sets out what is in place today.

## Questions about Enterprise

### How is Enterprise priced?

One flat price per team, agreed with sales. AI usage runs on your team's own provider keys and plans, and sandbox time on your own sandbox provider account, each billed by that provider directly, so the Aldena price carries no markup on usage.

### Does Enterprise include SSO?

Single sign-on is arranged with sales as part of an Enterprise agreement, along with an SLA. Mention both in the Contact sales form and sales will go through what your organisation needs.
